Payment Information: We process payments through Stripe. Neby does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers. Stripe collects and processes all payment information according to their privacy policies and PCI compliance standards.

Automatically Collected Information: We collect information about your device, browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on the Platform, and referring URLs through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Communication Data: We collect messages, feedback, and support requests you send through the Platform.

With Other Users: When you place an order, the seller receives your name, delivery address, and contact information necessary to fulfill the order. Seller contact details are available to customers through the Platform.

Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including Stripe (payment processing), Gmail (communications), and Google services (hosting and analytics). These providers are obligated to protect your information.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government requests, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

Business Transfers: If Neby is involved in a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Aggregated Data: We may share aggregated, de-identified data for analytics and business purposes.

5. Stripe Integration

Neby uses Stripe to process payments and manage seller payouts. Stripe acts as a separate data controller for payment information. When you make a purchase or connect a Stripe seller account, Stripe collects and processes payment data according to their Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). Stripe does not share your payment information with Neby beyond transaction summaries necessary for platform operations.

6. Google & Gmail Services

We use Gmail for email communications and Google Cloud for hosting and analytics. Google processes personal data according to Google's Privacy Policy. Neby uses limited Google integrations to send order confirmations and support messages. Google does not use this data for advertising purposes based on Neby's use.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, track usage patterns, and prevent fraud. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may limit Platform functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking.

Payment records are retained per Stripe's retention policies and applicable tax requirements.
