Keep your rate while your paid membership is active. Switching paid plans preserves founding membership; cancelling or downgrading ends it when the paid term expires. Stripe’s payment retry period is respected.
Yes. Starter, Pro and Business sellers can opt in from Wedding Vendor under Shop Settings in the seller dashboard and choose their wedding categories. Approved, published shops that opt in can appear in the wedding vendor directory.
Digital downloads belong to Products. Item rentals and space rentals both belong to Rentals. A shop offering physical and digital products uses one offering type; a shop offering items and spaces also uses one.
Starter supports one offering type, Pro supports two, and Business supports all three. .
For spaces, request-to-book requires seller approval before payment. Instant booking skips approval when enabled by the seller. Both require successful payment before confirmation; unpaid holds have a displayed deadline. Item rentals use the seller’s configured booking process.
Customers browse Products, Rentals and Services by category and use AI-assisted search to find possible matches. Discover also includes Community posts, trending listings and new shops. Featured placement is selected by Neby. Pro receives priority consideration, with Business prioritized above Pro among selected eligible shops; subscribing does not guarantee a featured spot.
